Welcome to Syntrix OÜ! By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

Syntrix OÜ provides personalized 1-on-1 development support via video calls. Each session includes live coding help, screen sharing, and optionally, session notes.

2. Booking and Payment

• Sessions are booked in advance via our website.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes
• Not record sessions without permission
• Respect the professional boundaries of the expert

4. Liability

Syntrix OÜ is not responsible for:

• Decisions you make based on advice given
• Any technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages)

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept any changes.
